A new USER GUIDE (Click here) has been posted which will help first time users register. The simple instructions are new users should click on the "Register" button in the box at the top right corner, fill in the form, check the confirmation email and you are registered. Your email address serves as your user name and you select (and remember) your own password on the registration form.
