IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to sell the important Leigh Hogg collection of Leaf and Numeral issues of Canada. There is a wealth of stamps and postal history to satisfy all budgets and collectors. Collectors will go numb at the depth of material available. A new USER GUIDE (Click here) has been posted which will help first time users register. The simple instructions are new users should click on the "Register" button in the box at the top right corner, fill in the form, check the confirmation email and you are registered. Your email address serves as your user name and you select (and remember) your own password on the registration form.

Longley Auctions have been selected to host an auction at the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada annual convention to be held in St. Catherines, ON from June 12-14. The 200+ lot auction will feature one of the finest Great Britain collections to be sold in Canada, the final portion of the "Osgoode" collection of Large Queens, select better items including modern varieties, proofs and vignettes, and worldwide collections and bulk lots. Riel Rebellion Soldier Rate Cover Find.
An exciting discovery of six 2¢ Riel Rebellion soldier rate covers plus one postal card and one sent at a 3¢ rate, with all but one including fantastic content describing mails being captured, teamsters taken as hostage by Big Bear, Poundmaker seizing hard tack and corned beef much to the soldiers' delight, Colonel Otter hunting Big bear etc etc.
